Redcliffe Labs has elevated Gaurav Jain to the role of Chief Operating Officer, marking a significant leadership move as the company sharpens its focus on scaling operations and strengthening its technology-driven diagnostics ecosystem.
Gaurav’s elevation reflects a steady rise within the organisation, built on consistent delivery, cross-functional leadership, and a strong focus on execution. His journey at Redcliffe Labs highlights the company’s culture of nurturing internal talent and rewarding ownership.
With nearly two decades of experience in pharmaceuticals and diagnostics, Gaurav brings a deep understanding of growth strategy, operational efficiency, and business transformation. His leadership has consistently driven performance improvements while building scalable systems across functions.
He joined Redcliffe Labs in November 2021 as Senior Vice President and Head of Growth. In this role, he focused on expanding new business opportunities and strengthening the company’s market presence. One of his key contributions was building and scaling the home sample collection network, which significantly improved last-mile connectivity and customer access.
As his responsibilities grew, Gaurav took charge of the online business as Chief Business Officer. Here, he managed the profit and loss operations while improving cost efficiency and customer experience. His efforts helped transform the vertical into a sustainable growth engine for the company.
He also played an important role in advancing Redcliffe Labs’ Care Beyond Reports approach. By introducing AI-driven post-report consultations and personalised diet solutions, he helped bridge the gap between diagnostic insights and actionable healthcare outcomes.
In subsequent roles, Gaurav worked on integrating logistics with phlebotomy operations to create a unified field services model. This move improved operational efficiency and ensured smoother service delivery. He also led supply chain and laboratory operations, focusing on turnaround time, cost optimisation, and quality standards across the network.
In his new role as COO, Gaurav will work closely with Dr Sonal Saxena and Dr Gurpreet Kaur Malik to strengthen clinical excellence and ensure diagnostic accuracy. His focus will remain on building robust systems that support both scale and quality.
