India’s industrial and logistics infrastructure sector is set to witness a significant milestone as Horizon Industrial Parks Limited, backed by global investment firm Blackstone, prepares to launch its much-awaited Initial Public Offering (IPO). The ₹2,600 crore public issue will open for subscription on August 17 and close on August 19, marking what the company describes as India’s first industrial and logistics-focused IPO.
The IPO is entirely a fresh issue of equity shares, with the company fixing the price band at ₹57 to ₹60 per share. Investors can apply for a minimum of 250 equity shares, with bids thereafter accepted in multiples of 250 shares. The bidding process for anchor investors is scheduled to begin on August 14.
The public issue comes after Horizon Industrial Parks successfully raised ₹1,650 crore through a private placement ahead of filing its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) in December 2025. The funding round attracted several prominent investors, including 360 ONE, SBI Life Insurance and noted investor Radhakishan Damani, reflecting strong institutional confidence in the company’s business model and long-term growth prospects.
Operating in one of India’s fastest-growing infrastructure segments, Horizon Industrial Parks has established itself as a major player in the industrial and logistics real estate space. The company develops and manages modern industrial parks and warehousing facilities that cater to large domestic and multinational corporations. With the rapid expansion of manufacturing, e-commerce and supply chain operations across the country, demand for quality logistics infrastructure has witnessed substantial growth over the past few years.
Speaking about the IPO, Ashish Mohata, Head of Real Estate, India, at Blackstone, described the offering as a landmark moment for the sector. He said Horizon Industrial Parks represents India’s first industrial and logistics-focused IPO and highlighted the company’s portfolio of high-quality assets and strong base of corporate tenants. According to him, the company has played an important role in supporting India’s industrial expansion while creating world-class logistics infrastructure.
The company’s Chief Executive Officer Urvish Rambhia said Horizon has achieved remarkable growth in a relatively short period. He noted that within six years, the company has emerged as India’s largest industrial and logistics platform, reflecting the increasing demand for organised warehousing and industrial spaces across the country. He added that the upcoming IPO marks the next phase of the company’s growth journey as it looks to strengthen its presence in India’s expanding infrastructure landscape.
The IPO also comes at a time when India’s logistics and warehousing sector is witnessing strong momentum, driven by government infrastructure initiatives, manufacturing growth and rising consumption. Industry experts believe organised industrial parks will continue to play a crucial role in improving supply chains and supporting economic development.
With strong institutional backing, a growing portfolio of industrial assets and increasing investor interest in infrastructure-led businesses, Horizon Industrial Parks’ public issue is expected to be closely watched by both institutional and retail investors. As the subscription window opens on August 17, market participants will be keen to see how India’s first dedicated industrial and logistics IPO performs amid the country’s evolving capital markets.
