Motorola is back at it, and this time with a real head-turner. The new Razr 60 series is here, looking sharp, stylish, and ready to dominate the foldable scene. With the Razr 60 and Razr 60 Ultra now launched, Motorola is targeting people who love a little tech flair in their pockets.
The Razr 60 Ultra is the flashier model. It features a massive 3.6-inch pOLED outer display, almost like a mini phone on its own. You can scroll, text, and even watch videos without flipping the device open.
Inside, there’s a 6.9-inch pOLED main screen with a super-smooth 165Hz refresh rate. Everything from gaming to scrolling Instagram will feel ultra-slick on this panel.
Under the hood, the Razr 60 Ultra runs on the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. This brings serious power for a flip phone. Motorola pairs it with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage, making it ideal for heavy app users and media hoarders alike.
In terms of cameras, there is a 32MP selfie shooter inside and a 12MP main camera outside. The Ultra version also adds a 13MP ultrawide sensor, giving you more freedom to capture wider shots.
The 3800mAh battery sounds decent, and with 30W wired plus 5W wireless charging, it should top up quickly.
The regular Razr 60, meanwhile, is a slightly toned-down sibling but still a charmer. It shares the same 6.9-inch main display but comes with a smaller 1.5-inch outer screen.
It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7020, good enough for daily tasks and social media scrolling without noticeable lag.
Interestingly, it packs a bigger 4200mAh battery compared to the Ultra, making it better for users who dislike frequent charging.
On the camera side, the Razr 60 sports a 64MP main camera, a 13MP ultrawide lens, and a 32MP selfie camera inside.
Both models come with an IP52 rating, offering protection against dust and minor splashes. Motorola has also introduced some stylish colour options like Infinite Black, Glacier Blue, Viva Magenta, and leather finish variants, giving the devices a premium feel.
Motorola is betting big on the idea that foldables are not just a passing trend anymore. With solid specifications, thoughtful design choices, and the iconic Razr branding, they appear serious about claiming a bigger share of the foldable market.
Prices vary depending on the region. In India, the Razr 60 starts around ₹59,999, while the Razr 60 Ultra costs approximately ₹89,999.
They are not cheap, but for those who want flashy yet practical foldables, the new Razr series offers a compelling upgrade.
Motorola’s move blends nostalgia with cutting-edge technology. Whether the Razr 60 series flips its way into everyone’s hearts again remains to be seen.
But one thing is certain — Motorola is not folding under pressure.
