Ahmedabad, 10 March 2026: Samarth E-Mobility Pvt. Ltd., a technology-driven electric mobility company, has unveiled its fully indigenous full-stack electric vehicle (EV) technology platform, developed entirely in India under the Make in India initiative. This platform integrates key EV components, including the battery pack, battery management system (BMS), motor, motor controller, power control module (PCM), DC-DC converter, AI-controlled onboard fast charger (~1500W), instrument cluster, and a proprietary operating system.

The company has already achieved crucial homologation milestones, with the battery pack certified by NATRAX and the in-house BMS validated by ICAT. This indigenous platform will power Samarth E-Mobility’s upcoming electric motorcycle, reinforcing its commitment to domestic innovation and reducing import dependence in India’s EV sector.

Built on the philosophy of “Advanced Technology. Simplified Design. Premium Experience.”, the platform has been under development for three years at the company’s R&D facility in Kalol, Gujarat. The focus has been on seamless hardware-software integration, enhanced system efficiency, and safety for Indian riding conditions.

Commenting on the launch, Priyank Rakholiya, Co-founder of Samarth E-Mobility, said, “India’s EV transition needs more than assembly-led solutions. It requires deep engineering, indigenous innovation, and products designed for Indian riders. Over the past three years, we have developed our entire technology stack in-house, from battery systems and software to motors and power electronics. Our goal is to enter the electric motorcycle segment with validated technology, patented designs, and a vision for reliable, high-performance EV solutions.”

Samarth E-Mobility’s platform has undergone extensive validation, including over 51,000 km of real-world riding, 3,400 km of rigorous torture testing, and dynamometer testing, ensuring durability across diverse terrains and climates. Its 100+ member engineering team has developed rare-earth-free motor technology and a proprietary BMS.

Supporting this innovation is a 1,50,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Chhatral, Gujarat, capable of producing 45,000 electric two-wheelers per month and over 5 lakh units annually. This positions Samarth E-Mobility for rapid scaling in India’s electric two-wheeler market.

With its fully indigenous EV platform, strong R&D foundation, and focus on safety, performance, and reliability, Samarth E-Mobility is set to redefine technology-led electric mobility in India. The company plans to launch its first electric motorcycle this year, establishing a new benchmark for domestic EV solutions.
