Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) has introduced Startup Yoga, an initiative designed to highlight the importance of mental and physical well-being for entrepreneurs. Organised by MAHE’s Innovation Centre in collaboration with KMC’s Yoga Department, the event aimed to equip student entrepreneurs with holistic health practices essential for resilience and long-term success.

Speakers, including MAHE’s innovation leaders and faculty members, underscored the need for balancing business growth with personal well-being. The session featured expert-led yoga practices, mindfulness techniques, and a Gait Analysis Initiative by Aion Health Solutions and Biobreath Health Solutions Pvt. Ltd., offering insights into posture and movement patterns for better physical health.
The event also built momentum for the upcoming Manipal Entrepreneurship Summit (MES) 2025, scheduled for February 6-8. MES 2025 will bring together industry leaders, investors, and startup founders, with notable speakers like Thyrocare’s Dr. Arokiaswamy Velumani, entrepreneur Ashneer Grover, and Raj Shamani of House of X.
With Startup Yoga setting the stage, MAHE continues to foster an innovation-driven ecosystem that prioritises both entrepreneurial success and holistic well-being.
