India’s Suruchi Singh defeated Manu Bhaker twice to win back-to-back gold medals at the ISSF World Cup in Lima, Peru. Both medals came in the women’s 10m air pistol event.

In the first final, Suruchi edged Manu to take gold. The same result followed in the next event, with Suruchi on top again and Manu claiming silver. This marked a rare 1-2 finish for India in two consecutive pistol finals.

The strong showing highlights India’s depth in women’s pistol shooting. Suruchi’s consistent performance against a seasoned opponent like Manu stood out.

Elsewhere in the tournament, Saurabh Chaudhary secured a bronze medal in the men’s 10m air pistol event.

India ended the event with a solid medal haul, reflecting growing success in international shooting competitions.
