World of Hyatt has expanded its collaboration with global fitness racing series HYROX to India, bringing its race-cation experience to participants and spectators attending upcoming events in the country. The initiative builds on Hyatt’s role as the Official Regional Hotel Partner for HYROX across Asia Pacific and aims to combine fitness, travel and recovery into a single experience.
As part of the expansion, Hyatt has also partnered with actor and fitness enthusiast Milind Soman, who will support the initiative in India. The collaboration reflects the growing popularity of fitness tourism and endurance events across the country.
HYROX is one of the world’s fastest-growing fitness racing competitions. Each event combines running with functional workout stations in a standardised race format, allowing participants from different countries to compete under the same conditions. The addition of India to Hyatt’s regional collaboration marks another step in HYROX’s expansion across Asia.
Participants travelling to HYROX events in India will have access to exclusive benefits at selected Hyatt hotels located close to race venues. The programme is designed to help athletes prepare for race day, recover afterwards and explore the host city during their stay.
Under the offer, eligible guests can receive an additional 10% discount on Hyatt’s Member Rate for selected room categories at participating hotels. Guests will also enjoy 15% savings on selected food and beverage outlets as well as spa treatments during their stay. Hyatt is also offering one complimentary bag of laundry, including wash and fold service.
To support athletes before and after the race, participating hotels will provide specially curated in-room amenities, including HyEnergy Welcome, Sleep and HyRecovery kits. Ice buckets will also be available on request to aid post-race recovery.
Hyatt will additionally provide destination guides featuring local recommendations, allowing travellers to extend their visit beyond race day and experience the city.
Commenting on the collaboration, Tammy Ng, Vice President of Brand and Marketing, Asia Pacific at Hyatt, said HYROX participants often travel for competitions and increasingly look for experiences that combine racing with leisure. She said the race-cation programme allows both athletes and spectators to enjoy a complete travel experience while recovering comfortably after the event.
Deepak Raj, Country Head of HYROX India, said India has rapidly emerged as one of the most enthusiastic HYROX communities. He added that the partnership with Hyatt offers participants an opportunity to extend their stay and experience the host city beyond the competition.
Actor Milind Soman said fitness is about the entire journey, from preparation to recovery, rather than only crossing the finish line. He noted that the partnership encourages athletes to build an entire race weekend around performance, recovery and travel.
The upcoming HYROX calendar in India includes New Delhi from July 24 to 26, 2026, followed by Mumbai from September 17 to 20, 2026.
The offer is available at participating Hyatt hotels in race destinations, including properties in Delhi, Mumbai, Gurugram, Bengaluru and Ahmedabad. Guests must book directly through Hyatt’s official website, with the special rates available from seven days before each race until seven days after the event, subject to terms and conditions.
