As India steps into the New Year with renewed focus on health and balance, habit-building platform Habuild has rolled out its flagship wellness initiative, Har Ghar Yoga, aimed at helping people develop a simple and sustainable yoga routine at home. The initiative invites individuals to participate in a free 21-day digital yoga journey designed to turn yoga into a daily habit rather than a short-lived resolution.
Built on the philosophy that lasting change comes from small, consistent actions, Har Ghar Yoga removes common barriers associated with fitness such as time pressure, perfection, or costly infrastructure. The programme encourages people across age groups, genders, and regions to begin or restart their yoga practice in an easy and approachable way, making wellness accessible to households nationwide.
Habuild’s focus on habit formation sets Har Ghar Yoga apart from conventional fitness challenges. Instead of positioning yoga as an intense workout, the initiative highlights its role in improving mental clarity, emotional balance, and physical well-being through everyday practice. The programme is digital-first and large-scale, reinforcing the idea that yoga should become part of daily life rather than a seasonal activity.
The initiative is led by Habuild Co-founder Saurabh Bothra, an IIT alumnus and government-certified yoga expert, who has consistently advocated for the power of repetition and simplicity in health transformation. Under his guidance, participants attend daily live online yoga sessions streamed on YouTube. These sessions offer structure and accountability, helping individuals stay consistent and integrate yoga seamlessly into their routines.
Community engagement forms the backbone of Har Ghar Yoga. Participants practise together, share progress, and motivate one another, creating a sense of collective momentum. This approach has already delivered strong results. In June 2025 alone, the initiative recorded participation from over 35 lakh people, reflecting a growing nationwide interest in at-home wellness and community-led fitness.
To ensure inclusivity, Habuild has leveraged familiar digital platforms such as WhatsApp and YouTube. This allows even those with limited technological skills to join the programme easily, reinforcing the message that building healthy habits does not require complex tools or advanced apps.
Commenting on the launch, Saurabh Bothra said that many people begin the year with ambitious health goals that are difficult to maintain. Har Ghar Yoga, he explained, focuses on simplifying wellness by encouraging short, daily practices that lead to long-term change. The objective is to help every household experience the benefits of yoga, one day at a time.
Registrations for the 21-day free yoga journey are currently open, marking another step in Habuild’s mission to make consistent wellness a way of life rather than a passing trend.
