Aero India 2025, the 15th edition of Asia’s largest air show, is set to take place from 10 to 14 February 2025 at Yelahanka Air Force Station, Bengaluru. Organised by the Defence Exhibition Organisation, under the Ministry of Defence, the event will bring together global aerospace companies, military leaders, and defence strategists to showcase cutting-edge technology and strengthen international collaborations.

The air show will feature live aerobatic displays, high-level defence meetings, and a large exhibition space with pavilions from leading aerospace and defence companies. Here are its key highlights:

India Pavilion: A showcase of indigenous defence capabilities
The India Pavilion at Aero India 2025 will highlight India’s defence manufacturing capabilities under the Make-in-India initiative. It will feature:
- Indigenous aircraft like Tejas Light Combat Aircraft (LCA).
- Advanced missile systems, drones, and surveillance technology.
- Next-gen defence innovations developed by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), and private sector firms.

The event will also focus on emerging technologies in AI, cyber warfare, space defence, and avionics.
The 14th edition of Aero India, held in 2023, was the largest in history, with:
- Over 100 countries participating.
- 809 exhibitors showcasing aerospace and defence technologies.
- 53 aircraft flypasts, including advanced fighter jets.
- More than 7 lakh visitors attending over five days.
The 2023 edition laid the groundwork for deeper global defence collaborations and the promotion of India’s aerospace industry on the world stage.
