Yoga Goes Viral: One Mat, One Mission, One Million Homes!
In a powerful lead-up to International Yoga Day 2025, India’s habit-building platform Habuild has launched its latest national movement – Har Ghar Yoga. With the global theme “Yoga for One Earth, One Health”, the campaign aims to inspire daily yoga practice at home.
The movement isn’t just about flexibility. It’s about forming habits that build healthier lifestyles. Backed by a global community of over 1 crore users across 100+ countries, Habuild is putting its weight behind making yoga a free, accessible daily routine.
The face of the initiative is Saurabh Bothra, IIT alumnus and certified yoga expert. He is also the co-founder and CEO of Habuild. His mission is simple yet ambitious – making wellness through yoga an everyday activity, not a one-day event.
Har Ghar Yoga promotes consistency over complexity. It’s designed for everyone – from kids to seniors. No expensive gear, no fancy studios. Just one mat and the will to begin.
At the core is a 21-day free yoga journey, where people can register online and follow expert-led video sessions from home. These short, impactful sessions are designed to emotionally connect with the audience while gently nudging daily commitment.
“Yoga shouldn’t feel like a task,” says Saurabh. “With Har Ghar Yoga, we’re making wellness free and consistent. We’re inviting every Indian to try it for 21 days and feel the change.”
The campaign comes packed with digital storytelling, bite-sized motivational videos, and real-life transformations. It’s more than fitness. It’s about building a national culture of mental and physical well-being.
The registrations are now open at habit.yoga. The countdown to International Yoga Day begins, but the goal is clear – make yoga a lifelong habit.
