The President of India inaugurated the Amrit Udyan Winter Annuals Edition 2025 today. The Udyan will be open for public viewing from February 2 to March 30, 2025.
Visitors can explore the Udyan six days a week, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., except on Mondays for maintenance. The Udyan will also remain closed on February 5 due to Delhi Legislative Assembly polling, February 20-21 for the Visitors’ Conference at Rashtrapati Bhavan, and March 14 for Holi.
Special categories will have designated visiting days: March 26 for divyangjan, March 27 for defence and police personnel, March 28 for women and tribal women’s SHGs, and March 29 for senior citizens.

Entry to the garden is free, with bookings available online at visit.rashtrapatibhavan.gov.in, and walk-in access is also allowed. Visitors can enter through Gate No. 35 of the President’s Estate, near North Avenue. Shuttle bus services will be available from Central Secretariat Metro Station to Gate No. 35 every 30 minutes between 9:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
The route includes various gardens such as Bal Vatika, Plumeria Theme Garden, Bonsai Garden, and Central Lawn. This year, alongside tulips, visitors can view 140 types of roses and more than 80 other flowers. QR codes will provide detailed information about the displays.
Rashtrapati Bhavan will also host ‘Vividhta Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ from March 6 to 9, 2025, showcasing Southern India’s cultural heritage and traditions.
In addition to the Udyan, visitors can tour Rashtrapati Bhavan and its Museum from Tuesday to Sunday, and watch the Change-of-Guard Ceremony every Saturday, except on Gazetted Holidays.
