Tiger Analytics, a global leader in AI and advanced analytics, has signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Bihar to establish one of India’s largest Artificial Intelligence Centres of Excellence (AI CoE) in the state. The announcement was made during the India-AI Impact Summit 2026, organised by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), with senior officials and industry leaders in attendance.
The Mega AI CoE is designed to create a self-sustaining AI ecosystem in Bihar, promoting talent development, research, innovation, and responsible AI adoption across government, academia, and industry. IIT Patna will serve as the knowledge partner, while a consortium of key stakeholders will contribute to shaping a robust AI infrastructure. The centre will function as a hub for applied research, large-scale AI upskilling, citizen services, and the development of scalable AI solutions aligned with the state’s developmental priorities.
As the designated Industry Partner, Tiger Analytics will bring its global expertise to the initiative. The company will lead the design and delivery of AI upskilling programmes for students, professionals, and government officials. It will also focus on applied research and the development of responsible AI solutions for public institutions, ensuring that AI adoption translates into real-world societal and economic impact.

During the India-AI Impact Expo, Tiger Analytics showcased AI applications for public systems at the Bihar Pavilion, highlighting solutions in data engineering, analytics, machine learning, and AI deployment.
With India’s AI journey accelerating, the Mega AI Centre of Excellence in Bihar represents a strategic step toward democratising AI access, nurturing talent, and positioning Bihar as a contributor to India’s AI innovation landscape.
