Prime Video has unveiled the trailer of its upcoming reality series Alliance, a high-energy competition that promises strategy, deception, shifting loyalties and intense gameplay. Hosted by actor Kunal Kemmu and produced by Banijay Asia, the unscripted show is set to premiere on June 26 and will stream exclusively on Prime Video across India and more than 240 countries and territories.
Marking a first-of-its-kind format for Prime Video globally, Alliance will unfold over 42 episodes across six weeks, with fresh episodes dropping daily at 12 noon. Combining physical challenges, mind games and relationship dynamics, the show places trust at the centre of a competition where alliances can be formed, tested and broken at any moment.
Set inside a futuristic underground facility, Alliance brings together 16 contestants who enter the game as eight duos. While they begin as partners, the nature of the competition ensures that friendships and loyalties are constantly under pressure. Contestants will compete in a series of physical and knowledge-based challenges while navigating secret missions, strategic decisions and unexpected twists.
At the heart of the show is a simple but compelling question: can trust survive when victory is at stake?
Guiding viewers through the action is Kunal Kemmu, who makes his reality-show hosting debut with the series. Known for his versatility as an actor, Kunal brings humour, charm and a sharp understanding of human behaviour to a format built around strategy and survival.
Speaking about the project, Kunal said that Alliance stands apart from conventional reality shows because it is not solely focused on winning tasks.
“Alliance is unlike any reality show I have known. What makes it exciting is that it is not just about winning challenges. It is about navigating relationships, making difficult choices and adapting when the game changes around you. As my first experience hosting a reality series, it has been thrilling to witness the intensity and unpredictability that unfolds every day,” he said.
The show’s contestant lineup features personalities from television, films, gaming, social media and digital entertainment. Actor and politician Ravi Kishan enters the competition alongside his daughter Riva Kishan. Popular television actor Kushal Tandon teams up with actor Arsalan Goni, while choreographer and content creator Zaid Darbar joins forces with actor Daisy Shah.
Other participants include television presenter Mini Mathur and media personality Nikhil Chinapa, television actor Niti Taylor and digital creator Ruhee Dosani, gaming streamer Vanshaj Singh and influencer Dolly Javed, as well as gaming star Payal Dhare, popularly known as Payal Gaming, who partners with content creator Sabby Suri. Completing the lineup are actor Delbar Arya and actor-musician Armaan Khera.
What makes the format particularly intriguing is that every contestant enters the game with someone they know or trust. However, as the competition progresses, relationships could become liabilities rather than strengths. The trailer hints at shifting allegiances, secret strategies and unexpected betrayals that may change the course of the game.
The series revolves around the idea that while contestants may begin as allies, only one winner can emerge. This creates an environment where friendships are constantly tested and every decision carries consequences.
Prime Video describes the show as a battle of trust, power and survival where smiles can hide strategy and alliances can disappear overnight. The tagline “We Vs. Me” captures the central conflict that contestants will face throughout the competition.
With its unique format, daily episodes and diverse cast, Alliance aims to deliver a fresh take on the reality genre. Combining emotional dynamics with competitive gameplay, the show seeks to explore how far people are willing to go when loyalty and ambition collide.
As the countdown to the premiere begins, audiences can expect a reality series packed with surprises, strategic twists and dramatic confrontations. In a game where nobody is completely safe and trust can quickly become a weakness, Alliance promises to keep viewers guessing until the very end.
