Sunteck Realty Limited has announced impressive financial results for the third quarter and nine months ending FY25. The company has reported a significant 40% year-on-year growth in pre-sales for Q3 FY25, reaching approximately ₹635 crore, compared to ₹455 crore in the same period last year.
Sunteck’s total Gross Development Value (GDV) for 9M FY25 stands at a remarkable ₹40,225 crore, bolstered by the addition of the Nepean Sea Project – 2, which alone contributes a GDV of ₹2,400 crore. This latest project is part of Sunteck’s ongoing expansion in the ultra-luxury segment, with the total GDV at the Nepean Sea Project now estimated at ₹5,400 crore.
In terms of financial performance, the company has seen substantial improvements across key metrics:
- Revenue for Q3 FY25 surged by 281% YoY to ₹162 crore, up from ₹42 crore in Q3 FY24.
- EBITDA rose to ₹48 crore in Q3 FY25, reflecting a 426% growth compared to a loss of ₹15 crore in the same quarter last year.
- Net Income for the quarter reached ₹43 crore, marking a significant turnaround from a loss of ₹10 crore in Q3 FY24.
For the nine-month period, Sunteck Realty achieved its highest-ever pre-sales of ₹1,661 crore, growing at 34% YoY. The company maintained a robust net operating cash flow surplus of ₹312 crore and reported a net cash surplus of ₹61 crore, maintaining a zero net debt to equity ratio.
Sunteck’s collections for Q3 FY25 stood at ₹336 crore, slightly lower than ₹438 crore in the previous year. However, the nine-month collections remained stable at ₹945 crore.
The company’s revenue for 9M FY25 reached ₹647 crore, a significant leap from ₹138 crore in 9M FY24, representing a 369% YoY increase. The EBITDA for the nine-month period grew by 423% to ₹117 crore, while the Profit After Tax (PAT) rose to ₹99.9 crore, a notable improvement from a loss of ₹30 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.
Sunteck Realty’s ongoing projects span a diverse portfolio of luxury residences and commercial developments under various brands, including ‘Signature’, ‘Signia’, ‘Sunteck City’, and ‘Sunteck World’. The company continues to focus on city-centric developments, with flagship projects such as Signature Island at Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) and Sunteck City in Oshiwara District Centre (ODC), Goregaon.
