Zomato has launched ‘Nugget’, an AI-native, no-code customer support platform aimed at transforming how businesses handle customer interactions.
Developed over three years as an internal tool, Nugget now manages over 15 million support interactions monthly for Zomato, Blinkit, and Hyperpure. The platform autonomously resolves up to 80% of queries, offering a highly customisable and cost effective solution without the need for a dedicated development team.
Following its internal success, Zomato is now offering Nugget to businesses worldwide, with 90% of early adopters already signing up. This marks the first product release from Zomato Labs, the company’s incubator for in-house innovations.
